Fire stairs and lifts

well i thought i could try to resolve some of the issues without upsetting our original idea too much. i have added two fire stairs, one behind the lifts and the other at the corner just from the bar area. i think the lifts could share a common core. as far as the typical floor plans are concerned i think they work well with the new arrangement but there is a bit of compromise at the ground floor as you might notice, some of the staff rooms have shrunk a bit but i believe that can be worked further.

dressing the building

we dont need stairs for a radius of 6m but 20m; is it possible to change our feature stair into fire stair?

plan revision

This is just an update of Rupert,s posted plan with the circles determining the required 6m radius required from each room. i think we might have to look at the two rooms on the side and see how we can put some firesatirs next to them.
